Meet The Owners

These days it's nice to know you're supporting local. Comox Window Cleaning is not a franchise, nor is it a national/international company. The owners live right here in the Comox Valley. Ryan first moved to The Valley when he was just 19 years old. He would later find his fiancé Emma who fell in love with the island and ended up moving here from Calgary. Ryan and Emma have two small dogs, Hiro and Neko, who love hiking the trails of Cumberland and camping adventures out towards Tofino and Ucluelet.

Why We Do It

Window cleaning might not be a glamorous job, but we love having our own business, managing our own schedule, and taking pride in the work that we deliver. We always try to take the time to treat our customers like they're family and it brightens our day when our customers appreciate a job well done. We do it to take charge of our future, support our family, and to enjoy what we're doing and the quality we deliver.

Beyond being a fulltime business owner, Ryan is also a fulltime student at North Island College. Enrolled in Web & Mobile Application Development, Ryan has long yearned for better software for small businesses. With a number of projects in mind, Ryan enrolled in 2020 to peruse his passion for better workflows, improved customer journey/experience, and more effective software systems for small business. 

Experience & Awards

In 2017 Ryan started a small company out of Victoria, BC that specialized in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof moss removal, and roof moss treatment. Ryan is very analytical and constantly strives to improve his workflow, better the customer journey, and enhance the products and services that he delivers. In 2019 Ryan and his company were nominated for and won the Better Business Bureau Torch Award in specialty cleaning. Ryan's commitment to a quality customer experience and delivering the best possible product has proved to be a winning strategy that continues to set him apart from the competition.
